Terms of Use
The conditions for using this website, its content and services.
Effective 21 July 2026 · Last updated 21 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. General information only
Style, confidence, lifestyle and editorial content is general information and personal opinion, not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Results vary and you remain responsible for your choices.
3. Personal Styling
A free consultation is exploratory. Any paid scope, price, timing, deliverables, cancellations and rescheduling terms will be agreed separately before services begin. Styling does not guarantee a particular personal, professional or commercial outcome.
4. Shop and third-party fulfilment
Products may be sold through WooCommerce and fulfilled by providers such as Printful. Product descriptions, pricing, delivery estimates, returns and consumer guarantees applicable to a purchase will be displayed at checkout or in the relevant shop policies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s name, branding, photographs, graphics, PDFs, writing, videos and original materials are owned by or licensed to Getting Dressed with Brad. You may access them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, scrape, train commercial systems on, remove attribution from or create derivative commercial products without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.
7. External links and services
Links and integrations may lead to third-party websites. We do not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices, and linking does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide accurate, available content but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer or local rights that also apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
