Marketing & Email Preferences
A clear explanation of when we email, what you can expect and how to stop.
Effective 21 July 2026 · Last updated 21 July 2026
1. When we send marketing
We send newsletters, releases, style ideas, promotions and similar commercial email only where we have consent or another permission recognised by applicable law. Downloading the Style Guide includes a clear opt-in for occasional style and confidence emails. A Styling or Media enquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
2. What you may receive
Subscribers may receive The Monthly Edit, Journal highlights, style and confidence resources, new services, shop launches and occasional partnership or event news. Our intended regular frequency is monthly, with limited additional messages for material launches or information you request.
3. Our records
We may keep the email address, source, date, consent wording and preference status needed to demonstrate and honour your choice. We use Groundhogg CRM to manage contacts, tags, email preferences and unsubscribes.
4. Unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Australian unsubscribe requests will be actioned within five working days; we generally aim to process them immediately. The mechanism will remain functional for the period required by law and will not require payment or an account login.
5. Transactional messages
Even after opting out of marketing, we may send non-promotional communications necessary to fulfil a request, booking or order, respond to an enquiry, provide security information, or meet a legal obligation.
6. Change or withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also ask us to confirm your current status or correct your details by emailing gettingdressedwithbrad@gmail.com.
