Many garments are produced specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as finished stock. This made-to-order model helps us offer an intentional range without maintaining conventional inventory.

We aim to describe and present products clearly. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and fit can vary by garment. Please review the product information and available size guidance carefully before ordering.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown on the website and at checkout. An order is not complete until the checkout process has been successfully submitted and payment has been accepted where payment is required.

6. Shipping

We offer products for delivery to supported destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout where available. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary because products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party services.

7. Returns and refunds

Each garment is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

A free consultation is exploratory. Any paid scope, price, timing, deliverables, cancellations and rescheduling terms will be agreed separately before services begin. Styling does not guarantee a particular personal, professional or commercial outcome.
